TOM MELVIN B.COMM(ACC) CPA

Tom joined Jeffkins Accountancy in 2008, bringing with him significant experience from his previous roles with other reputable accounting firms. Tom has been the managing director and owner of Jeffkins Accountancy since 2013. Tom is a CPA, a member of the NTAA, and a Registered Tax Agent.
​
Tom is passionate about working closely with his clients to achieve their goals. He understands that knowing his client's industry and goals is essential and works with his clients to ensure the best results are achieved for his clients.
​
Tom understands the importance of being an advisor to business owners and works closely with them to grow their business and tailoring their business to meet their lifestyle.
​
Tom is a keen Western Bulldogs Supporter and loves a game of golf.
TIMOTHY HAWTHORNE B.COMM, B.BUS (ACCOUNTING) CPA

Tim joined Jeffkins Accountancy in 2022 as a senior accountant, having 15 years of experience working in public practice. Tim enjoys working closely with his business client, and realising the relationship between advisor and client is essential.
​
Tim has extensive experience in accounting software operation, with specialist knowledge in Xero accounting software. Tim is our go to man around the office when any of us have computer related questions.
​
Tim Enjoys the NRL and is an avid supporter of the Melbourne Storm. Tim also has a deep passion for the environment and spends a lot of his spare time being an advocate for animals.
STUART HAWTHORNE B.BUS (ACCOUNTING)
Stuart joined Jeffkins Accountancy & Business Solutions in 2014. Stuart is from Melton and therefore has a detailed understanding of the local area, the businesses within, and the community our firm services. Stuart can assist clients with all facets of tax. Stuart cares about the people he works with and the clients he helps with their taxes and businesses.

Stuart is a passionate Melbourne Storm supporter and gets to the game whenever possible. Stuart also loves the AFL and supports Hawthorne.
KRISTEN LEWIS

Kristen joined Jeffkins Accountancy in 2019. Kristen is an experienced bookkeeper with detailed knowledge of Xero. Kristen can assist with all bookkeeping, ASIC Corporate Compliance and general enquiries.
​
Kristen loves spending time with her family and friends. Kristen loves travelling, animals and getting lost in a good book.
JESSICA DAVIS

Jessica joined the team in 2023. Jessica is one of our knowledgeable bookkeepers and is across all administration related tasks. Jessica is happy to assist clients and loves seeing Jeffkins thrive. Jessica also takes care of our marketing and social media.

Jessica supports the Melbourne Demons and enjoys reading and gaming. Jessica is a massive Harry Potter fan and hopes to drag her family to universal studios one day.
KRISTEN LIISTRO
Kristen joined the team in September 2024 in the role of reception and administration. Kristen is the friendly face at reception and your first point of call on the phone. Kristen can assist with all administrative questions you may have.

Kristen is a passionate Collingwood supporter and you can find her in the cheer squad each week. Kristen also has a huge love for all things Disney and loves spending time with her family.
