Tom Melvin
B.Com (Acc), CPA | Managing Director & Accountant
Tom joined Jeffkins Accountancy in 2008, bringing with him significant experience gained from working with other reputable accounting firms. In 2013, Tom took ownership of Jeffkins Accountancy and became Managing Director, continuing to grow the firm with a strong focus on client relationships, practical advice and long-term success.
Tom is passionate about creating a team that genuinely cares about its clients and takes pride in the work we do.
As a CPA, Registered Tax Agent and member of the NTAA, Tom has extensive experience across taxation, accounting and business advisory. He works closely with his clients to understand not only their numbers, but also their industry, individual circumstances and long-term goals. Tom believes that truly understanding a client’s business is key to providing advice that delivers meaningful results.
Tom is committed to helping business owners build successful businesses that work for them. He takes an advisory approach, working alongside clients to identify opportunities for growth, improve their financial position and structure their business around both their commercial objectives and the lifestyle they want to achieve.
Outside of Jeffkins, Tom is a keen Western Bulldogs supporter and enjoys getting out on the golf course whenever he can. More recently, Tom has discovered a new passion for gold prospecting and is always keen to get out and see what he can uncover!
Stuart Hawthorne
B.Bus (Acc) | Senior Accountant
Stuart joined Jeffkins Accountancy & Business Solutions in 2015 and has been a valued member of the team ever since. A proud Melton local, Stuart has a strong understanding of the community, the people and businesses we have the privilege of working with.
With extensive experience across taxation and accounting, Stuart can assist clients with all facets of tax and enjoys helping individuals and businesses navigate their financial and tax obligations. His strong eye for detail ensures that he takes a thorough and considered approach to every client matter. Stuart takes a genuine interest in the people he works with and is committed to providing practical advice and building long-term relationships with his clients.
Outside of the office, Stuart is a passionate Melbourne Storm supporter and enjoys getting to games whenever possible. He is also a keen AFL fan and proudly supports the Hawthorn Football Club.
Teja Narra
B.Com, MPA, IPA | Accountant
Teja joined Jeffkins Accountancy in 2026 as an Accountant and is an important part of our accounting team. He works across a range of accounting and taxation matters, assisting with the preparation of financial statements, tax returns and other accounting requirements for our clients.
Teja enjoys the variety that comes with working in accounting and the opportunity to work with businesses across different industries. He believes that accounting is more than just numbers. It is about building trusted relationships and giving clients the confidence to make informed decisions.
Outside of work, Teja enjoys playing cricket, following sport, and spending time exploring Australia's beautiful coastline on coastal walks.
Pavlina Mateski
B.Bus (Acc), CPA | Accountant
As our newest staff member at Jeffkins Accountancy, Pavlina comes to us with over 10 years of experience in the accounting industry. Throughout her career, Pavlina has developed a strong understanding of accounting and taxation and enjoys helping clients navigate their financial obligations with practical and reliable advice.
Pavlina takes pride in getting to know her clients and recognising the individual needs of their businesses. She brings experience, professionalism and a friendly approach to her role.
Outside of work, Pavlina enjoys spending time with her husband and their young children. Family time is a big priority for Pavlina, and she loves making the most of time away from the office with her family. Pavlina also enjoys crocheting, giving her a creative outlet to unwind and relax.
Jessica Davis
Cert IV in Bookkeeping & Accounting | Bookkeeper & Administration
Jessica joined Jeffkins Accountancy in 2023 and is an integral part of the team, bringing a wealth of knowledge and organisation to everything she does.
As our experienced Bookkeeper Jessica looks after many of our clients and is responsible for a wide range of bookkeeping and administrative tasks. Jessica is happy to assist clients with their queries and ensure things run smoothly behind the scenes. Jessica also tends to ASIC affairs and looks after our social media and marketing. She takes great pride in being part of the Jeffkins team and loves seeing the business and its clients continue to grow and thrive. And when it comes to team events, she has earned a reputation for organising the best Christmas parties!
Outside of work, Jessica is a Melbourne Demons supporter and a massive Harry Potter fan. She enjoys reading, music, watching her boys play footy and taking her Labrador on a nice bush walk.
Katie Li Donni
Cert IV in Bookkeeping & Accounting | Reception & Administration
Katie joined Jeffkins Accountancy in 2026 as our friendly and welcoming Receptionist. As the first point of contact for our clients, Katie is often the first voice you’ll hear on the phone and the cheerful face you’ll see when you arrive at the Melton Business Hub.
Alongside her reception and administrative responsibilities, Katie has taken on the important role of our Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance Coordinator, helping ensure our team and clients stay up to date with the latest requirements. Katie is always happy to assist with administrative queries and lend a helping hand. Katie has previously undertaken studies in bookkeeping and accounting and is keen to continue building her knowledge and developing her skills in the industry.
Outside of work, Katie loves spending time with her family and heading away on a caravan trip whenever she gets the chance. She is also a big movie fan and enjoys relaxing with a good film. Katie loves cooking and is always happy to enjoy a delicious Italian or Mexican meal.
